Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging Taxquick, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Taxquick

Taxquick ® is a professional tax, compliance, and intellectual property services firm established in 2018. We provide GST registration, income tax filing, trademark registration, company incorporation, and accounting services across India. Our tagline — Fatafat Filings — reflects our commitment to fast, efficient service delivery.

By using our website (taxquick.in) or engaging our services through any channel (phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Taxquick provides the following professional services:

  • GST Registration and Filing
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing for individuals, businesses, and corporates
  • Trademark Registration and IP services
  • Company and LLP Incorporation
  • Monthly and Annual Accounting Services
  • Copyright Registration

The scope of each engagement is defined at the time of service agreement. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Professional Fee

All professional fees are payable 100% in advance before work commences. This ensures we can begin your filing or registration immediately.

Government Fee

Government fees (statutory fees paid to government authorities) are collected 100% in advance and are separate from professional fees. These fees vary by service:

  • GST Registration: ₹0 (Free)
  • Trademark Registration: ₹4,500 (per class, for individuals/startups)
  • Other services: As applicable per government norms

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, PhonePe, Google Pay, or any other digital payment method. Our UPI number is 90104-QUICK (9010478425).

4. Refund Policy

Our complete refund policy is available at taxquick.in/refund-policy. Key points:

  • Government fees: 100% refundable if not paid to government by Taxquick.
  • Professional fees: 50% refundable if work is not completed, regardless of the reason (client cancellation or Taxquick inability).
  • Government fees once paid to government: Non-refundable, as they are statutory payments.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure fatafat delivery, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information/documents required for the filing or registration.
  • Respond to queries and requests for additional information in a timely manner.
  • Inform Taxquick of any changes in their details (address, PAN, business structure, etc.) that may affect the filing.
  • Make payments as per the agreed terms before work begins.

Taxquick is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Confidentiality

Taxquick treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal, financial, or business information to any third party unless:

  • Required by law or government authority
  • Necessary to complete the service you have engaged us for (e.g., filing with the Income Tax Department or Trademark Registry)
  • Expressly authorized by you in writing

7. Limitation of Liability

Taxquick provides professional services to the best of our knowledge and in compliance with applicable laws. However:

  • We are not liable for any government delays in processing, approvals, or rejections that are beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Tax advice is based on current laws and interpretations, which may change. Taxquick is not liable for changes in law after the service is delivered.

8. Amendments and Revisions

If a client requires amendments or revisions to a filed return or registration (e.g., revised ITR, trademark amendment):

  • Amendments requested due to client error or new information will be treated as a separate engagement and may attract additional professional fees.
  • Amendments required due to Taxquick error will be completed at no additional cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on taxquick.in, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Taxquick ® and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
