At Taxquick, transparency is our promise. Here is our clear, no-nonsense refund policy so you know exactly what to expect.

Our Commitment

Taxquick believes in fair, transparent dealings. We charge 100% professional fee in advance for all services, and we are equally committed to protecting your money if things do not go as planned. Our refund policy is simple, clear, and applies to every service we offer.

Government Fee Policy

100% Advance Required

Government fees (e.g., Trademark filing fee of ₹4,500, GST registration fee of ₹0, etc.) are collected 100% in advance before filing. This is a statutory requirement and is paid directly to the government.

100% Refund Guarantee

If for any reason the government fee is not paid to the government by Taxquick, we will refund 100% of the government fee amount back to you. No questions asked.

Professional Fee Policy

100% Advance Payment

Professional fees are collected 100% in advance for all services. This ensures we can start your work immediately, fatafat style. Our current professional fees:

  • GST Registration: ₹1,999
  • Trademark Registration: ₹3,999
  • Income Tax Return (Salary): ₹999
  • Income Tax Return (Business): ₹2,999
  • Monthly Accounting: ₹2,999/month

Note: Professional fees are exclusive of government fees/taxes. Government fees, where applicable, are charged separately.

Refund for Non-Completion of Work

If work is not completed for any reason, whether it is because:

  • The client decides to stop or cancel the work, OR
  • Taxquick is unable to complete the work for any reason

Taxquick will refund 50% of the professional fee as a non-completion refund.

This policy applies uniformly to all services offered by Taxquick.

Important Notes

  • Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the government, as they are statutory payments.
  • Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Scope of work: Refund applies only to the original scope of work agreed upon. Additional requests or revised returns may attract separate charges.
  • No hidden charges: What we quote is what you pay. There are no surprise fees at any stage.
